First, our owner, Diane Whittles, has owned successful franchises in Anne Arundel County since the 1970’s. In September of 2020, she expanded the business by purchasing SERVPRO of Glen Burnie with her son, Nick. 

Nick Whittles was “born” into the SERVPRO business. As a teenager, he worked many Summers and part-time as a technician. He drove trucks to emergencies and performed restoration work through many storms including Hurricane Sandy.  After Nick graduated from college, 6 years ago, he joined the team fulltime. 

One of our most experienced and treasured employees is Eglis. He has been part of the SERVPRO of Edgewater/Deale-Churchton/Lothian team for 18 years! 

Kathy is our Office Manager and keeps everything running smoothly. If you have a question, Kathy has the answer. Kathy has been with us for 10 years.
