Commercial Property Manager calls SERVPRO

Commercial property managers may handle strip malls, restaurants or single family homes.  This home was managed by a local property management firm who knows the value of calling in the experts.  They also know that calling SERVPRO as soon as the loss happens helps minimize water damage or any secondary damage. Secondary damage can happen if water is left too long, allowed to seep into furniture, creep into other areas of the property or mold growth. Our flood service teams removed the standing water and then found the carpet had permanent damage and was removed.  This is the first step in the restoration process on this property.
